Type Of Boilers

A boiler refers to a closed vessel in which steam is produced from water by burning fuels. And industrial boilers are used in many applications such as in power plant, in sugar industry, in textile industry, in paper-making and in chemical industry. In general, boilers are classified in two types: fire tube boiler and water tube boiler.

1. Fire tube boiler:

In this types of boiler, water flow surrounding the tubes and the hot flue gases flow through the tubes. The heat passes form the tube to surrounding water which is used to heat the surrounding flowing water and convert it into steam.

ZG Group provides three-pass wetback packaged fire tube boilers using natural gas, light diesel oil, city gas, heavy oil as fuel. WNS series is a typical type of fire tube boiler.

2. Water tube boiler:

In this type of boiler, water flow through the tubes which are surrounded by hot flue gases. This flue gases used to heat the water and convert it into steam.

Compared with fire tube boilers, water tube boilers have a wider capacity range and application range. Most of the industrial boilers are designed as water tube type. ZG Group provides water tube boilers burning coal, gas, biomass, oil, waste heat. Advantages: compact in structure, small footprint, large output, high thermal efficiency.

SZL biomass fired boiler

Rated capacity: 4--30 t/h
Rated steam pressure: 0.7--2.5 Mpa
Rated steam temperature: 171--225 ℃
Feed water temperature: 20/105℃
Available fuel: biomass pellet, wood, bagasse, rice husk, straw, palm kernel shell, coconut shell, co-firing with coal.
Advantages: membrane-water wall structure, no formation no ash leakage; large fuel flexibility; high thermal efficiency.

Coal and biomass fired CFB Boilers

Capacity: 10 t/h~280 t/h
Pressure: 3.82~13.7MPa
Seam temperature: 450～540℃
Available Fuel: coal, anthracite coal, bituminous coal, biomass pellet, wood pellet, rice husk, straw, bagasse, palm kernel shell, coal mixed with biomass.
Application area: Π type, usually designed with large capacity for small and medium enterprises self power supply, thermal power plant, building heating.
Advantages: clean combustion technology, high combustion efficiency, wide fuel flexibility (even low grade coal fuels), long operation time.
