In the boilers, the fuel is combusted in a central chamber and the combustion gas transfers heat energy, through radiation and convection, to the water circulating in the metal tubes. The water-cooling wall uses close-row structure which ensures the boiler has high performance and is suitable for heat radiation exchange. It is equipped with economizer, double drum structure to ensure quick pressure rising and it can combusts full automatically, it is stable and reliable in performance.
Our WNS series oil and gas steam Boiler is package type full automatic horizontal three pass fire tube wet back structure boiler. The boiler has a large corrugated furnace and adopted threaded smoke tube to increased the boiler heat transfer efficiency. A dense fire tube is arranged on the upper part of the combustion chamber, and is equipped with an advanced combustion device. When burning, the furnace is slightly positive pressure, the fuel is fully burned in the combustion chamber, and the high temperature flue gas enters the dense fire tube to continue to radiate heat.
