WNS series hot water boiler is a fire tube three pass packe type boiler. The oil and gas hot water boilers are composed of a cylindrical hull filled with thermal insulation in which a series of tubes are contained. Separate rear tube sheets allow each pass of tubes to expand and contract at its own rate without tube-to-sheet stress. Hot air from a burner is passed from a furnace in the 1st pass to a series of tubes in the 2nd pass, then to a series of tubes in the 3rd pass. Finally, the hot air exits through a chimney. WNS series oil and gas boiler has a full wet back radiant heat transfer area that promotes superior internal water circulation and rapid heat absorption.
SZS series oil and gas hot water boiler for hospital in Indonesia
SZS series oil and gas hot water boiler adopts double drums "D" type arrangement, compact structure, small footprint, full of good flame. The water wall furnace and convection flues are made of membrane wall structure, air tightness, can effectively reduce the use and maintenance workload of refractory material.
