We know boilers are generally classified as water tube boiler and fire tube boiler. A fire-tube boiler is a type of boiler in which hot gases from a fire pass through one or (many) more tubes running through a sealed container of water, such as the WNS series gas and oil fired boiler; a water-tube boiler is a type of boiler in which water circulates in tubes heated externally by the fire. Fuel is burned inside the furnace, creating hot gas which heats water in the steam-generating tube, such as the SZL series coal and biomass fired boiler, SZS series gas and oil boiler, large scale CFB boiler, environmentally friendly waste heat recovery boiler.
Besides, there is a kind of boiler called water-fire tube boiler, that is our DZL series chain grate boiler, burning coal and biomass. With multi-fuel capabilites and compact structure for greater safety and reliability, it is a state-of-the-art product that will help you improve performance and make your operations more cost-effective in the long run.
Packaged design with 2 ton - 10 ton capacity ranging, it can meet a paper mill’s steam needs. Charcoal, biomass (produced during paper-making, like waste paper, wood, etc.) are available in the paper mill boiler. In addition to the small package boiler, we also provide large capacity up to 400 ton coal or biomass fired boilers for larger paper plant’s steam and power generation.
