 SHL10-2.5/400 is a coal-fired biomass dual-purpose steam boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 10 tons, a pressure of 2.5MPa, and a rated steam temperature of 400°C. 1. Boiler structure

The basic structure of SHL10-2.5/400-A consists of upper drum, lower drum, water wall, convection tube bundle, economizer, air preheater and other components. The combustion equipment adopts scaly chain grate, divided into compartment ventilation structure, and can be adjusted sensitively. The combustion system operates stably, has strong adaptability to coal types, and has its own cyclone dust removal function, so that the blackness of the exhaust smoke and the original dust concentration of the boiler meet environmental protection requirements.
