Paper Mill 10t/h and 25t/h Steam Boiler Project

I- Scope of Work

EPC consisting of Supply, Installation, Start-up and tests of one Boiler (water tube)

This new boiler installation shall be independent from the remining exisiting facilities (inclduing utilities: compressed Air, treated water..)

This boiler is foreseen for the steam supply for the paper fabrication chain (paper machine and Paper paste machine).

II- Technical SPC

- Quality of steam transferred: overheated

- Required outlet pressures and flow for the paper production chain are:

* Paper Machine:

• Steam Pressure=3-3.5 bars
• Steam Flow: 20-25 t/h

* Paper paste Machine:

• Steam Pressure=15 bars
• Steam Flow: 8-10 t/h

Note that the above two machines fed by this boiler can work simultaneously or one by one. This shall be taken into consideration.

- Performance ratio: >90%

- Steam availability>98%

According to the characteristics of the project, users can choose 2 boilers, one 10t/h steam boiler and one 25t steam boiler. Fuel can choose oil-fired gas steam boiler, biomass steam boiler and coal-fired steam boiler.

This production line in Iran was invested by an Iran customer who finally chose ZBG’s solution after many comparisons and analyses. In this Iran project, we recommended the SZS series boiler, water tube and packaged type, high combustion efficiency and automatic control, which can better meet the paper plant's needs.

A few days ago, the efficiency test report data of SZS20-1.25-Y.Q boilers produced by Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd. shows that the thermal efficiency reached 98.17%, higher than thermal efficiency target value of the national standard. In particular, the emission concentration of NOx is 26.53mg / m3, which attract a lot of attention, and has been highly praised by customers.
