Overview

Brief Introduction:

During the smelting process and coking manufacturing, coke oven gas is generated, and the by-product gas can be recycled as fuel for boiler to generate energy for the coking, smelting, iron making industry.

Application:

Coke oven gas fired boiler is available for iron-making, steel-making plant.

Features:

• Coke oven gas boiler adopts π type layout, support and lifting method, water plumbing system, super-heater and others lift hang on the roof of the boiler, economizer, air preheater arrange in the rear of the steel frame, low temperature air preheater can be pulled out easily for inspection.
• The ignition temperature of coke oven gas is higher, once ignited, they burn quickly, the gas explosion limit is low, and easy to explode after mixing into air, thus the boiler furnace is designed as square form and the burners are arranged at the corners. It adopts swirl type burners that need higher air temperature to guarantee the gas burnt temperature field and air aerodynamic conditions, so that fuels are fully burning, meanwhile, prevent fuel and air mixing in burners.
• In addition to conventional protective devices, the boiler is also equipped with automatic ignition, flame supervision device, flame-out protection device and automatically cut-off gas supply device when gas pressure falls below a certain value.
