Adopt suitable boiler arch.
Arch's role is to rationally adjust the furnace radiation and high temperature flue gas flow, organize furnace airflow disturbance and mixing, so to help fuel ignition smoothly and in a timely manner, and realize less heat loss of incomplete gases and solids combustion. Boiler furnace arch plays an important role for combustion, especially low-grade coal combustion inside the furnace.
Adopt staging air.
Chain grate boiler combustion is divided into sectors, along the grate length, different part requires different amount of air for combustion. If air is supplied into grate uncontrolledly, then air supply on the two sides of grate is too much, but the middle part is comparatively poor. In order to adapt fuel along the grate layer combustion characteristic, the coal fired boiler adopts staging air. And the influence of staging air to chain boiler combustion is researched, and some methods are taken to improve the boiler heat efficiency.
Adopt secondary air.
Using secondary air can reduce the total air supply amount, namely reduce excess air coefficient, reduce exhaust flue gas heat loss. Secondary air can effectively improve the aerodynamic field in chain grate coal fired boiler, the heated particles of the fuel are threw to the front arch, which is propitious to the ignition of the fuel, at the same time, the coal fuel is kept in the furnace for a long time, so that the adjustment and utilization rate of the fuel are improved.
To reduce the flue gas temperature, save fuel, we equip the coal fired boiler with economizer.
