Technical Requirement of 35t/h Oil-Gas Dual Fuel Water Tube Steam Boiler

The boiler shall be complete Full Automatic Oil-Gas Dual Fuel water tube Boiler.

1. Quantity：2 set;
2. Nominal capacity of one set: 35t/h;
3. Nominal steam pressure 2.5MPaG;
4. Nominal steam temperature 226℃(saturated)
5. Boiler load adjusting range(fuel oil or gas needs to be satisfied separately)：40~110%;
6. Complete boiler needs to be compact and occupies a small area;
7. The oil and gas supply equipment and piping layout concentrated, compact and easy to operate;
8. The boiler proper must be installed before factory, and the hydraulic testing must be finished。
9. Firing method: electronic ignition
10. Steam dryness shall be more than 97% .

The boiler can be operated by reducing its pressure to 2.0MPaG in abnormal production time and it can still supply steam for a long time.

The insulation material of the boiler surface is rock wool or fiberglass wool. The shell of the boiler is aluminium alloy plate. The above shall be installed after hydraulic test. The thickness of the insulation shall meet the requirement of the boiler surface temperature: ≤ambient temperature +25℃.

The brand of the boiler valves (corrugated pipe stop valve) shall be GESTRA, ARI or SPIRAXSARCO. The brand of water level electrode is GESTRA, vkk or SPIRAXSARCO. The brand of the meters shall be E+H or LESTER. The brand of the electric control element shall be SIEMES, ABB or MOELLER. The brand of other accessories shall be internationally famous brand. Meanwhile, the material of the steam and water valves and bend is not allowed to choose gray iron or the strength of the material below gray iron.

The boiler shall be equipped with Economizer. The economizer shall be integrated with the boiler. All control and safety interlock shall be incorporated with boiler control system and the bidder shall specify it in the bidding document.

The economizer shall be equipped with water inflow regulating valve with by-pass. And it shall be capable of adjusting the temperature of the discharged flue gas automatically or manually.
