Equipped with fully automatic devices complete in all respect such as computerized monitoring and controlled system, proper purging system, interlock system (for electrical power, fuel, feed water, steam and air etc pressure/supply) which includes all necessary indicators and alarms and synchronized panel etc, to operate and attach the boiler with ant other boiler/s in future as and when required.

Boiler construction and piping:

The boiler construction and piping must be according to the ASME, ANSI/ASTM/German Standards /TEMA codes.

Quality Assurance:

a)The boiler performance should be rated in accordance with ASME pressure vessels.

b)Latest version design /safety standard of ASME / ANSI / TEMA codes should observed.

Insulation:

The boiler, pipes and fittings must be insulation with standard material as per recommended temperature class. The insulated material must be covered by galvanized steel sheets.

Packing:

The boiler packing must be sea worthy.

Voltage:

Motors: Three Phase / 400 ~ 400 volts / 50Hz

Control power: Single Phase / 220 volts / 50 Hz

Safety Measures:

The boiler must be equipped with necessary safety measures such as steam pressure safety valves and switches etc. High & low water cutoffs and switches, furnace fuel metal sensors and switches, Explosion door to protect boiler from unforeseen incident, on line TDS monitoring system with condensate return & automatic blow-downing provision, Stack / chimney flue gas temperature and emission sensors etc.

Inspection:

Inspection / Testing of the boiler and its equipments witnessed by our representatives before packing will be responsibility of the supplier.

Documentation:

The boiler must be provided complete assembly drawings, part drawing, electric wiring drawings, instruments and control wiring drawings, operation and maintenance manuals etc.

Registration:

All required documents, drawings, safety measures and other needs etc to meet the Chief Inspector of Boilers (CIB) requirements for boiler registration will be responsibility of the supplier.

Guarantee/Assurance:

The working performance of the boiler unit at our premises as per specifications mentioned above will be the responsibility of the supplier and free maintenance for one year after commissioning the Equipments.

Spares:

Complete set of packed parts of all the types of mechanical / electrical / control / instruments e.g. pressure switches, thermostats , fuses, relay, magnetic contactors, Solenoid Valves, Different types of gaskets, seals and bearing etc for Five Years of operation period.

Training of Operation staff:

Training of three operating personnel, free of cost at the manufacturer premise will be the responsibility of the supplier.
