Boiler availability: not less than 95% (in first year of exploitation)

Boiler availability: not less than 98% (in second and third year of exploitation)

Required burners with service in EU (prefer localization Poland or neighboring countries).

Boiler should be designed and carried out in accordance with European standards.

Boiler must have all needed documents and CE mark.

Complete project of boiler must be sanded to Purchaser before boiler prefabrication. Start of boiler prefabrication is possible after Purchaser approval of project.

Preliminary Supplier’s scope will be as follows:

1) Designing, manufacture, delivery, transport, commissioning supervision during erection and start up for three gas fired watertube boilers with total power ca. 390 MWt (3x130 MWt) with the parameters required by technical Specification,

2) Low emission, dual fuel burners (gas),

3) Air fans,

4) Air ducts designing,

5) Flue gas fans designing (if needed in technology) and provide a guidelines,

6) Sealing air and cooling air system,

7) Installation of boiler protection for stoppage period,

8) Execution of boiler control algorithms,

9) Delivery of all boiler sensors and drives,

10) Guidelines for circulating water pumps, gas system, compressed air system, DeNOx installation and after erection acid cleaning installation.

In Suppliers scope will be piping of boiler in range of 1 meter with suitable boiler valves and indication of terminal points in boiler.
