3 Boiler form and technical parameters and requirements

The boiler furnace type is a fully automatic gas-fired hot water water tube boiler, with double drums for natural circulation, reliable explosion-proof devices, and reliable drainage measures for the furnace and convection heating surfaces. According to the on-site installation space of the boiler room, a horizontal boiler is adopted.

The project uses natural gas as the design fuel, and the fuel analysis is as follows:

3.2 Boiler body:

The boiler body includes furnace wall, insulation, boiler frame and guard plate, platform escalator and other components.

The outside of the boiler body adopts colored decorative panels. Stainless steel bead.

3.3 Safety valve:

The selection of safety valves and other valves shall meet the requirements of ASME codes or codes acceptable to the owner. In order to ensure the safe operation of the boiler, the number, characteristics and discharge calculation of safety valves shall be explained in detail. The safety valve should be equipped with devices or measures to prevent the safety valve from deviating from the set value after adjustment.

Provide tools for pressing the safety valve during the boiler hydrostatic test.
