High Steam Quality

A refractory lining is not required, since both the burner entry point and the rear reversing chamber on the flue gas side are fully water cooled. This results in all the generated heat being used completely for steam generation and 2 tons oil fuel steam boiler. A high steam quality with low residual moisture is generated in the steam chamber with its large evaporator. The burner is inserted through a water-cooled jacket.
