Adopt “Π” type layout
The coke oven gas/blast furnace gas boiler adopts “Π” type layout, front suspening back supporting, the plumping system, and superheater are suspended in the boiler roof, economizer and air preheater are set at the rear of steel frame, and the air preheater can be pulled out from the boiler rear, easy for maintenance and inspection.

Square furnace design
Burners are arranged in the four corners, using vortex burners to ignite the four corners. Higher air temperature can meet the requirement of coal gas firing temperature and aerodynamic conditions, ensuring fuel gas fully burning, and preventing fuel gas and air mixture within the burner as well.

Multiple safety protection devices
In addition to the normal protection device, the boiler is equipped with automatic ignition device, flame monitoring device, flame-out protection device, and automatically cut-off gas supply device when coke gas pressure is below a certain value.
