Vietnam Steam Total 100 TPH Boiler Are Mixing of Indonesia Coal and Biomass

 We are TIN THANH GROUP from Hochiminh City, Vietnam. We are a biggest Steam Provider in Vietnam such as U.S for food, Brewery, Milk, Beverage, Rubber, Refinery, Alcohol, fields. Now! we are deploying a CHP project with data follow:

+ Power: 12MW

+ Steam: Total 100 TPH for 13 barg extraction and 4.5 barg back pressure, (Back Pressures 4.5 barg. Extraction Pressure 13 barg). Extraction and back pressure steams will be modulated to saturated at 13 barg and 4.5 barg and then supply to process plant.

+ Fuel: Boiler are mixing of indonesia coal and Biomass, or 100% coal, or 100% Biomass...

What is the coal consumption of a 100 t/h fluidized bed boiler?

For example, ZBG's ZG-100/6.5-M fluidized bed power station boiler, we know that the conversion success rate of 100 tons is 70MW, because the boiler burns different types of coal, the combustion effect is different, and the coal consumption is also different. Therefore, it cannot be calculated according to the same standard, otherwise the actual difference will be very large. Calculated according to the calorific value of burning inferior coal of 20000KJ/kg and the boiler efficiency of 89%. The formula for calculating the coal consumption of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is as follows:

Coal consumption of circulating fluidized bed boiler = boiler power * 3600 / coal combustion heat / boiler efficiency.

70MW*3600S/20000KJ/89%=14.16 tons.

From the above formula, we can see that in addition to the calorific value of coal, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is also closely related to the coal consumption of the boiler. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a fluidized bed boiler manufacturer with high thermal efficiency.
