The predictive and preventive maintenance should follow the applicable methods for boilers and pressure vessels. With the condition the technical and operational parameters set out above, ensure the following performance characteristics:

► Load operating range of 60% to 100% - maximum regime condition.

► Emitting Levels less than 730 mg / Nm³


The Supplier grants warranty manufacturing deffects for a period of XXX months from the date of equipment operation initially limited to XXX months from the billing date.

► Operating within the manufacturer's specifications.

► Realization of preventive maintenance listed.

► Repairs and adjustments by the supplier or authorized technicians.

► Customer should inform the supplier, in the shortest possible time any unusual occurrence with the equipment, for appropriate action.

► In the event of an abnormality in the equipment, the customer must provide the same for a minimum period required for the supplier to determine the causes.

► For accessories and materials provided by third parties, will be transferred to the guarantee provided by their manufacturers to the supplier. If the installation of the equipment does not occur within the prescribed period, the incidence guarantee the equipment will occur on the following conditions:

► Packaging and storage of the components of the equipment properly, away from aggressive agents.

► boiler components that have a useful life shorter than the warranty period, under normal conditions of use.

► Repairs or replacements of components of the equipment by the supplier during the warranty period do not extend the original warranty period.

► All and any component replaced under warranty on the equipment is owned by the supplier

► The warranty is limited to the supplied equipment, not the possible emerging or consequential damages occurring to third parties, facilities, lost profits and other equipment. Warranty on the assembly will take place over the same period of manufacturing guarantee, provided that it is performed by the supplier. All assemblies under the customer's responsibility, it must send the supplier, a copy of the tech document, settled and signed by the engineer responsible for the initial inspection.

1 - Fuel Feed System: From the entrance of the dosing garner biomass boiler.

2 – Water Feed Line: At the entrance thread of the condensate tank.

3 - Main Steam Line: In the counterflange of the steam outlet valve. Will be provided: Flange, counterflange, shutoff valve, gaskets and screws.

4 - Discharge lines of safety valves: At the exit of thread safety valves when the valves are threaded. The output counterflange of the valves when the valves are flanged. Will be provided: Counterflange, gasket and screws.

5 - Discharge lines: At the exit of the dump tank bottom (damper).

6 – Compressed Air Lines: The respective lines are customer scope.

7 - Combustion Gases Line: In the chimney outlet.

8 - Mechanical and Electrical Assembly: Take part in delivery assembly of the boiler and peripherals.

9 – Eletrical Interconnection: In the CCM input terminals, default project, the respective interconnections between CCM and peripherals, are scope of the supplier.

Inspection & Testing by supplier.


If the assembly of the equipment is the customer's responsibility, the supplier provide a supervisor for assembly, commissioning and startup, being under responsibility of the client the hours of labor costs, displacement, accommodation, food and materials transport.


In this phase will be carried out field tests, such as alignment, vibration, turning empty, calibrations and other operational tests. It is fundamental the full presence of professionals involved with the subsequent operation and maintenance. After the departure procedures, the equipment passes the testing phase, susceptible to operational adjustments.
