In September 2014, we had SHX15-1.15/350-AII 15 ton coal fired CFB boiler for 1500TPD Clinker Cement Line Project in Mongolia.This CFB steam boiler is the first power equipment manufactured by ZG that equipped membrane air distribution plate in burning device, and steel economizer heat exchanger structure. This type circulating fluidized bed boiler can burn efficiently and reach high thermal efficiency.
In 2013, there were three sets of 20 ton chain grate type coal fired steam boilers exported and installed in Mongolia for central heating. From the feedback from our client, the boiler is still operating well. Mongolia belongs to continental climate, the temperature varies greatly between day and night or seasons. In the long and cold winter, central heating is very necessary for people's daily life.
Wood processing is the traditional dominant industry in the location of the project, and the building material industry is currently one of the main applications of gas steam boilers. After many inspection and comparison, the customer finally chose to purchase 10 tons SZS condensing gas boiler from our company. The boiler is mainly used for the production of steam supply by the plate manufacturers.
