Under what conditions can biomass boilers be fully burned

Fuel combustion plays an important role in boiler efficiency. Take biomass boiler as an example, which conditions can make fuel combustion fully?

1. High enough temperature.
High enough temperature to ensure the heat needed for ignition while ensuring effective combustion speed. The burning point of biomass fuel is about 250 degrees Celsius. The increase in temperature has a well-burning follow-up biomass fuel supply. During the ignition process, the heat accumulates gradually, so that more fuels participate in the reaction and the temperature rises. When the temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius, biomass can be burned well.

2. The right amount of air.
If the air flow is too small, the combustible components can not be fully burned, resulting in incomplete combustion loss; but if the air flow is too much, it will reduce the temperature of the combustion chamber, affecting the degree of complete combustion, in addition, it will cause a large amount of flue gas, reducing the thermal effect of biomass boiler.

3. Full combustion time.
Combustion of biomass boiler fuel has a certain speed, reaching the maximum combustion degree of biomass particle plant, so that the combustion takes a certain time. The biggest problem of combustion adjustment is to keep the residence time of combustion in the furnace as far as possible. Only when there is enough combustion time can complete combustion be achieved.

4. Timely mixing of oxygen.
The primary air is enough to blow and penetrate the stirred fuel; the secondary air enters strongly and quickly, and can not be anoxic in the combustion center with the most intense combustion, and keeps enough oxygen in the burnout zone at the upper part of the furnace. Form a temperature field with decreasing times.
