Conducive to low-quality coal combustion
DZL chain grate coal fired boiler design adopts the latest research product, " Second Prize of Advance Awarded by Xi'an Jiaotong University ", the back arch is low and long and the part near the exit is inverse inclined type, while the front arch is 45 inclined type, they together from a downside "α" flame structure, which makes the lean coal combustion easier and it can adjust itself to a wide range of coal types.

Flexible adjustment, symmetrically distributed wind
Separate adjustable wind chamber under the fire grate is equipped and wind is fed from two sides. It adopts new type crack screw wind adjustment structure so that the wind adjustment and ventilation cross section proportion is 100%. Thus, it is easy to adjust and the wind is distributed symmetrically.

Avoid bulge defects
New furnace structure, bulge defects caused by the bottom of the drum being heated directly is avoided.
- Prevent the grate air leakage
There is push-pull damper dust removal equipment. The damper adopts finish machining cast iron seal structure, so the secondary combustion distortion and air leaking in the grate is effectively prevented.
